Tips: Stretching is a great supplement for regular bodywork sessions. It helps to increase your flexibility, range of motion, quality of motion, and ease of motion. It can also build muscle strength and prevent muscle injury.

Doula Packages
Option 1: $1700 Labor and Delivery ($850 deposit required). On-call 24/7. Birth Plan. 6 Prenatal Massages $300, 6 Postpartum Massages $400, 2 postpartum visits, and infant massage training including 1 free infant massage.
Option 2: $1000 Labor and Delivery Only ($550 deposit required). 24/7 on-call. Birth Plan.
Postpartum Support: $55/hour (Assist with emotional and physical support recovery from childbirth, coping skills.)
